Shipping Policy

At TeBella Tea, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Standard Delivery is shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

Rush Delivery orders ship via UPS only and require a street address for delivery. Rush orders are not available for Saturday or Sunday delivery. Rush Delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Canadian addresses. To ship same day, orders must be received by 10 AM ET.

TeBella Tea is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather or delivery carrier service interruptions. Please call Customer Service at 813-254-1212 if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

Returns & Exchanges

At TeBella Tea our goal is your complete satisfaction. If within 60 days you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it for a prompt exchange or refund. Please note, we can only exchange Accessories, or other non-perishable, non-food items. We can not accept tea returns. Shipping and handling charges are also non-refundable.

If there is an error with your order or items arrive damaged, please call our store at 813-254-1212. We are open open Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time.

You will be required to pay return shipping charges if you want an exchange or refund that was not the error of TeBella Tea.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns because of a TeBella Tea error or damage can be sent back to TeBella Tea using our convenient pre-paid U.S. Postal Service label. Please contact us at 813-254-1212 or [email protected] for a label. If you want an exchange or refund, please use the Return Label from the top of the packing slip to address your package.

Complete the return form on the back of the packing slip with reason for return and include it in the package with items to be returned. Use original carton and packaging materials, if possible. Be certain that products are protected. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used unless otherwise specified and can take up to 10 business days depending on financial institution.

General Shopping Questions

I have shopped at TeBellaTea.com before but can’t login to my account.

If you created an account or placed an order on TeBellaTea.com prior to December 2012 you will need to recreate your account. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have updated our website and system and for security purposes a new account is required. All old account information was securely erased.

Go to Login-Register and fill in the required Registration Fields. If you have forgotten your password, Under Login, click “Lost Password?”. Enter your email address and continue to follow the instructions on the screen. At the end of the process, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please note: the link is only valid for 15 minutes. If you are still having trouble, please contact TeBella Tea at 813-254-1212 (10:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Sunday) or email [email protected] and we will help you update your account.

Is your entire collection on your website?

Yes, everything TeBella Tea currently has available is available for purchase on our website. If there is something you cannot find, please call us at 813-254-1212 (10:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Sunday) or email [email protected].

Do you offer Gift Certificates or Gift Cards?

We currently do not offer gift certificates or gift cards for sale on TeBellaTea.com. If you have a gift certificate purchased prior to December 2012 you wish to use, please call us at 813-254-1212 (10:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Sunday).

Placing an Order

Promotion Codes

TeBella Tea promotion codes can be redeemed in the Promotion Code section on either the cart, or the final page in the checkout process, on the “Checkout” screen. The promotion code reduces your basket subtotal only and does not apply toward Shipping & Handling unless otherwise stated. A promotion code cannot be applied to previous purchases and are only valid for use one time per customer unless otherwise stated. You can receive notice of our special promotions by registering your email address on our email sign up form located in the footer of our website or during checkout.

Payment Options

TeBellaTea.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

For the most efficient service we suggest you place your order online. If you prefer placing your order by phone, please call 813-254-1212.

International Orders

Sadly, at this time we can not ship TeBella Tea orders internationally.

Can I save the items in my cart?

By creating an account you can save items to your personal shopping cart indefinitely. Login to your account, place items in your cart, review your cart and then select “Save for Later”. The next time you return to TeBellaTea.com, login to your account and proceed to the shopping cart to review saved items.

How do I know if my order was processed?

As you place your order please make sure the email address you entered is correct. If you have successfully placed an order you will receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours. You will receive an additional email when your order ships. Please allow emails from [email protected] through your spam filter.

What do I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact Customer Service immediately and have your name and order number ready and we can make the change for you. If your order has already left our store it is an $11 processing fee to have the shipping address changed if your order shipped UPS. If your order shipped Postal Service, we can re-ship your order for $7.95 once the order shipped to the incorrect address has been returned to us.

Gift Wrap

Gift Wrap is $4.00 per order. If you have special instructions for gift wrap, please call 813-254-1212 to place your order by phone. Some additional costs may apply depending on any additional materials required. Please make a note if you would like gift wrapping options on the final page in the checkout process, on the “Checkout” screen. Selecting the gift wrap option will result in prices being suppressed on the packing slip.

Gift Message

Gift Messages are FREE. You do not need to select the gift wrap option to include a gift message. You may add more than one gift message per order. Each gift message will be printed on a separate piece of standard white paper and enclosed in the shipment. You may add a gift message on the final page in the checkout process, on the “Checkout” screen. Entering a gift message will result in prices being suppressed on the packing slip.

Can you cancel my order?

Contact Customer Service as soon as possible at 813-254-1212 to notify us that you would like to cancel your order. In most cases, we can cancel your order as long as it has not been processed by our store. Customer Service is available 10:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday–Sunday.

How Does TeBella Tea Company Collect Information?

Your IP Address: Your IP address is a unique identifier we use to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site tracking. TeBella Tea Company does not house or collect any personal information about you unless you knowingly and willingly provide it.

Newsletter Subscription: When you subscribe to our FREE newsletters, we ask for an email address to send them to. You may opt out of receiving future mailings or cancel your subscription(s) at any time. (See the subscribe/unsubscribe section below.)

Contests and Promotions: When you enter a contest or take part in a promotion, we may ask for your name, mailing address and email address. Should a third party sponsor the contest or promotion, that party will have access to this information. We need this information in order to notify our winners and, when applicable, ship the winners’ prizes.

Online Purchases: At TeBella Tea Campany, we sell a lot of merchandise to our customers. When processing an order, we need to know your name, mailing address, email address, credit-card number, security code and expiration date. This information is necessary to process your order and to keep you updated on your shipping status.

Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties: TeBella Tea Company does not and will not share your personal information with any outside parties unless you have knowingly and willingly consented to do so (e.g., by entering a contest, promotion or sweepstakes for which we would publish a list of winners).

Links to Outside Third Parties: TeBella Tea Company does not release any information to third parties. All orders are placed on a secure server.

Children’s Guidelines: TeBella Tea Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 18. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet use. Also, we strongly encourage parents to help us enforce our privacy policy by instructing their children to never provide personal information on this site without permission.

Security: TeBella Tea Company has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We are able to keep your personal information safe and secure by utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology. For maximum security, we use a secure server that encrypts all your ordering information, including your name, address and credit-card number.

Subscribe/unsubscribe: Should you choose to in the future, TeBella Tea Company provides its users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from us.
